Country Case Study of Pakistan Global Fund for TB, AIDS and Malaria investment in Pakistan over the previous two rounds (5 and 6).
Undertaking review of critical documents and key informant interviews of government, UN, NGO stakeholders and LFA.
The Country Case Study examines the progress, main issues and challenges that the Global Fund funding exhibited during the period under review and provides recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and value for money of Global Fund investments in the country.

In conjunction with high networth individuals in the UK, YRH organised a group of talented healthcare professionals in Pakistan to provide free advanced medical care for mentally and physically challenged individuals. Support included detailed medical examination, treatment and rehabilitation. 100 individuals were supported within a period of 3 months.

Under contract with management4health GmbH, Germany, YRH's consultants are providing advanced technical services to develop comprehensive integrated results framework, a full suite monitoring system powered by mobile technology to capture and produce data and information in real time, innovative and client-protective health insurance implementation, billing/claims, reimbursement and governance systems and overarching governance and management capacity of government health departments of provinces of Khyberpakhtunkhwa (KP) and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) in Pakistan.
The consultancy aims to prepare grounds for seamless integration and scale up of OPD health insurance scheme for the poor and disadvantaged in KP and GB.

Under contract with Euro Health Group (EHG) Denmark, YRH's consultant is leading a multi-disciplinary team of experts as the Team Leader for the portfolio evaluation of Pre-Exposure Prophylactic (PrEP) use of Anti-retroviral drugs for the effective prevention of HIV infection among key populations in South America and South Africa.
The projects have been implemented in South America in Brazil, Mexico and Peru and South Africa. In South America the project is generating evidence for effective scale up of PrEP in men who have sex with men (MSM) and transgender women (TGW) and in South Africa inclusion of PrEP in services for adolescent girls/boys and young women/men (both AGYW and ABYM) is being implemented with a view to scale up. Both projects are contributing significantly to the body of knowledge in this area of intervention.

Commissioned by AKF North America, YRH is conducting a global landscape mapping of the existing and potential donors that could be partnered with, to fund the H&N programming of Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), as well as to assess the trends in global health financing.
The Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) brings together human, financial and technical resources to address the challenges faced by the poorest and most marginalised communities in the world. Special emphasis is placed on investing in human potential, expanding opportunity and improving the overall quality of life. Health and Nutrition (H&N) are among the key areas of activity of the AKF.

International AIDS Society (IAS) is the world's largest association of HIV/AIDS professionals, with 11,600 members from over 170 countries as of July 2020dedicated to reduce the global impact of AIDS through collective advocacy.
IAS holds global conferences on HIV/AIDS called International AIDS Conferences. The 23rd International AIDS Conference (AIDS 2020: VIRTUAL 2020) was a completely virtual event with more than 3000 delegates attending from around the globe including governments, donor partners, multilateral and bilateral agencies and implementing partners.
YRH conducted the evaluation of the AIDS 2020: VIRTUAL Conference over a period of one year starting May 2020. Our services were retained to conduct Summary, Evaluation, Toolkits and Economic Impact of the 23rd International AIDS Conference.

Work is underway as we collaboratively develop cutting-edge and pragmatic academic courses for a diverse range of needs. The courses shall be offered online with a small need for physical presence in the Bangkok Campus of Yunus Centre, AIT.
